Standard shipping: free over $100, typically ~3 business days
Every in-stock order placed before our daily cutoff ships the SAME business day (Monday–Saturday) from Tacoma, Washington. Standard ground delivery typically takes about 3 business days — 1–2 days on the West Coast, 3–4 to the middle of the country, 4–5 to the East Coast and the Southeast. Orders over $100 ship free; smaller orders are charged a flat standard rate at checkout.
Overnight: next business day, priced by parcel size
When a truck is down, ground time is money — so most of our catalog can ship overnight. You'll see the exact price on every product page and can select it at checkout:
- Small parcel (sensors, filters, gaskets, gladhands, plugs) — $50
- Medium parcel (mirrors, headlights, brake chambers, air springs, water pumps) — $150
- Large parcel (grilles, radiators, brake drums, charge air coolers, tires) — $300
- Oversized items (hoods, bumpers, fenders, deer guards) — overnight is NOT available; these travel standard ground or freight.
How to make overnight actually arrive tomorrow
- Order before the daily cutoff — overnight service starts when the carrier picks up the same day.
- Business days only: a Friday overnight order arrives Monday (carriers don't count weekends).
- Remote areas can add a day even on air service — the carrier's map, not ours.
- Mixed carts ship together: the overnight price is set by the LARGEST item in your cart, and one oversized item makes the whole cart ground-only. Split the order if you need the small part tomorrow.
Local? Skip shipping entirely
Within 30 miles of Tacoma delivery is free, and you can always pick up at the store (Mon–Sat 6 AM–8 PM, 1616 E 26th St). For everyone else: same-day handling, honest tracking the moment the label is created, and a 6+ month warranty on every part.
