What This Elbow Actually Is
This is a molded rubber radiator elbow, 2.5" inside diameter, bent at 90 degrees. Molded hoses hold their shape under heat and pressure a lot better than a straight piece of hose you'd try to bend and clamp - that's why Freightliner speced a molded piece here instead of letting a tech improvise with universal hose.
It fits the Cascadia 113 and 125 - both wheelbase versions use the same cooling package routing at this connection point, so the elbow doesn't change between them. Where it does change is model year and engine package, so don't assume every Cascadia on the lot takes the same part.
Why These Numbers Cross
05-16062-123 is the Freightliner piece number, and F02517S352 is another Freightliner-side reference for the same elbow - you'll see both floating around depending on which parts book or dealer counter you're pulling from. NAPA's H19610 and Continental's 57632 are the aftermarket houses that make a hose to the same print - same ID, same bend angle, same molded construction.
Where guys get burned on radiator elbows isn't the bend angle, it's the leg length. Two elbows can both be '2.5 inch 90 degree' and still not seat right if one leg is an inch longer or shorter than the other. Before you order, measure your old hose leg-to-leg, or better yet, pull the number stamped or molded into the old part and match it against what's listed here.
CARQUEST's 28210 and the Continental belt-line 57628 show up in some cross-reference databases too - just confirm those are hose numbers and not belt part numbers before you order, because sometimes catalog crosses get mixed between hose and belt lines during data conversion.
Ordering From PartStop
We keep this elbow in stock in Tacoma, so if you're local and your truck's down, call ahead and we'll have it at the counter same day. If you're not local, it ships nationwide - most trucks get it in a couple days.
Every hose we sell carries our 6+ month warranty. If it fails on the road from a defect, bring it back or call us - we're not going to argue with you about it. Just confirm fitment against your VIN or the old part number before it goes in the truck, because once it's clamped up and full of coolant, a return gets a lot messier.
0516062123 Cross-Reference & Interchange Numbers
These manufacturer and aftermarket numbers commonly cross-reference to 0516062123. Use them to identify the part — then confirm the exact fit by VIN or the number stamped on your old unit before you order. An interchange is a starting point, not a fitment guarantee.

Frequently asked questions
Does 05-16062-123 fit my 2019 Cascadia 125?
Likely, but confirm by VIN or by pulling the number off your old elbow first. Freightliner changed cooling package routing across model years on the Cascadia, so a 2019 isn't guaranteed to match a 2014 even on the same 125 wheelbase.
Is this the same as the NAPA H19610?
It crosses to the same molded elbow - 2.5" ID, 90-degree bend, built to the same spec. Different label, same physical part. Still worth checking the leg lengths against your old hose since molded hoses don't have much give if the dimensions are off.
My old hose is cracked and I can't read the number anymore - how do I know I'm ordering the right one?
Measure the ID at the clamp (should be 2.5"), check the bend is a true 90-degree, and measure both hose legs. If those three things match what's listed here, you're in good shape - but a VIN check on your Cascadia is the safer bet since we can pull the factory spec that way.
