This is a single V-belt, not a serpentine - so it's running one pulley pair, usually alternator or fan drive depending on the engine setup. Freightliner used this on a range of trucks with 13A1345, 17530, and 17535BLT stamped on various runs of the same basic belt.
V-belts don't have the tensioner geometry headaches serpentines do, but width and top width still matter. A belt that looks right can still ride high or low in the pulley groove if the profile's off by a hair, and that kills belt life fast.
Pull the old belt and check for a number cast or stamped into the rubber. That's your fastest confirmation - don't just go by what's on the truck's build sheet, because running changes happened mid-production on these.
