This is a radial-seal engine air filter for the Cummins ISX/C15 setup as installed in the Freightliner 122SD, model year 2017. It's a panel-style filter that sits in the factory air box ahead of the turbo, and its job is keeping dirt, grit, and Tacoma port dust out of the intake tract before it wrecks turbo blades or scores cylinder walls.

Don't just go by number matching alone, though. Pull the old filter and check the actual dimensions — outer diameter, height, and the seal lip profile — against what you're ordering. A tenth of an inch off on seal depth and it won't seat right in the housing.
