These spin-on cartridges don't have spline or arm length concerns like a slack adjuster would - it's purely a screw-on fit, so as long as the threads and O-ring seat match your housing, you're fine.
Still - pull the old cartridge and check the number stamped or molded on it before you order. Volvo's parts books aren't always consistent between build dates, and a running change mid-model-year isn't unheard of.
