What This Hose Is and Where It Lives
This is the crankcase breather hose that runs off the CCV assembly on ISX15 and QSX15 engines. It's molded with bends built in, not a piece of straight tubing you can bend to fit - that shape is why the part number matters more than it would on a generic hose.
1.00" ID is the spec, but the molded bends are what actually determine fitment. Get the shape wrong and it'll either kink under the valve cover or won't reach the fitting on the other end.
These engines went through a lot of running changes over the years, so even two ISX15s in the same fleet can want different hose geometry depending on build date.

F02519S352 is a Fleetguard-style aftermarket cross that references the same physical hose. When a part gets OE and aftermarket numbers pointing at the same design, that's usually because the mold hasn't changed, just who's stamping the box.
