Straight hangers like this show up on van trailers, flatbeds, reefers, and plenty of straight trucks where the OEM setup wasn't anything fancy — just a spring-loaded arm holding the flap out and letting it flex back on impact. If your old hanger has that same 2-1/2" hole spacing and a straight (not curved or offset) arm, you're in the right family.
Common failure is the spring itself giving out, or the arm getting bent from backing into something. Once that spring's shot the flap just flops around and eventually tears loose the mounting bolts.

What actually matters when you're cross-shopping: bolt spacing (2-1/2" here), overall length (30"), and whether it's straight arm or has any bend/offset in it. Two hangers can share a similar part number prefix and still not match up if one manufacturer built theirs with a slightly longer arm or different spring tension — steel gauge and spring stiffness aren't always identical between brands even when the number looks close.
Surest way to confirm: pull the old hanger off, check the bolt spacing with a tape measure, and match the arm length. If you've still got a legible part number stamped on it, even better — read that off before you order.

Is this the same as the Automann AM562453FS?
Close, but not identical — the FS suffix on Automann's part typically means a different spring tension setup than the base 562.453. Both will physically bolt into the same 2-1/2" pattern, but if your original had the FS spec, get the FS version to match the spring feel.
My spring is broken but the arm's still straight — can I just replace the spring?
