What You're Getting
This is the RH door mirror assembly for VNL day cabs and sleepers built 2004 through 2012 - heated glass, electric remote adjust, the whole housing and arm together. Not a glass-only kit. If your old one's cracked at the base or the motor's dead, this replaces the full unit.
VNL mirror mounts and wiring changed enough across model years that Volvo and the aftermarket houses all reference back to 82239804 as the base number. Doesn't mean every truck in that 2004-2012 window is identical - Volvo made running changes - but this is the part that's been fitting the bulk of them for years now.
Heated element and power motor are wired in, but you're still responsible for matching your truck's connector and making sure the arm length and mounting pattern match what's coming off your cab.
Reading the Cross-Reference Numbers
VL-0306-R, 134730211PDC, WA128-0202, UPI41321, 20701685 - these are all aftermarket manufacturers building to the same OE spec as 82239804. Different part numbering systems, same physical mirror, same mounting bolt pattern and wiring harness setup.
Where guys get burned on VNL mirrors is arm length and bracket angle - Volvo used a few different arm configurations depending on whether you had a wide sun visor, cab extenders, or certain sleeper packages. A mirror that bolts up fine on one VNL configuration can hit the mirror bracket wrong on another.
Rule of thumb: pull the number off your old mirror's mounting bracket or check what your dealer parts counter has on file for your VIN before you order. Don't just match year - match the actual bracket casting if you can see it.

Same physical part - WA128-0202 is just a different manufacturer's part number for the identical mirror assembly that crosses to 82239804. Housing, heated glass, motor, mounting pattern all the same.
Will the wiring plug straight into my truck's existing harness?
It should if your truck's in the covered year range and hasn't had prior wiring modifications. If someone's rewired or spliced connectors back there before, you may need to match pin-outs manually - worth a quick look before you button it up.
