This is a direct replacement chrome grille for the Kenworth T680, no bug screen cutout in this version - if your old one had the screen mesh built into the grille, this isn't the one you want. Covers model years 2014 through 2023, which is basically the whole first-gen T680 run before Kenworth started messing with the front end styling again.
It's aftermarket chrome, not a Kenworth dealer part, so the finish and fit are close but not identical in every case. Guys running fleet trucks like this because it's a fraction of dealer price and holds up fine on the road - just don't expect it to be a drop-in on every single truck without checking your VIN and part tag first.
