What This Panel Is and Where It Goes
This is a body panel, not a structural part - it closes off the lower gap on the right side where the sleeper box meets the cab on T680s built 2022 and up. Aluminum construction, made to bolt up to the factory mounting points.
T680 went through some sleeper config changes over the years so panel shape and mounting holes can differ between a 36-inch, 52-inch, or 76-inch sleeper. Before you order, pull your old panel or check the VIN-specific build sheet to confirm you're getting the right length and hole pattern.
This is the passenger side (RH) piece only. Driver side extender is a different part number - don't get them mixed up if you're ordering both sides.
On the Cross-Reference Numbers
T33-1033 and F01165-RS32 show up as cross numbers because different suppliers cast or stamp the same Kenworth-spec panel and slap their own part number on it. Same mounting footprint, same aluminum gauge, same fit intent.
That said, panel extenders like this can have small variances in bend angle or hole spacing depending on which supplier's tooling made them, and depending on sleeper length option. A quarter-inch off on a mounting hole means you're drilling new holes or shimming - annoying but not a big deal if you know it's coming.
