What You're Getting
This is a hanger set, not the flap itself. Two steel arms, angled at 45 degrees so the flap sits back and doesn't get chewed up by the tire on turns, painted black, with mounting holes spaced 2-1/2" apart to match the bolt pattern on most standard flap brackets.
30" refers to the arm length — that's what sets how far down and back the flap hangs. Get that wrong and you're either dragging flap on the ground or leaving too much tire exposed for a scale inspection.
These show up on van trailers, flatbeds, reefers, and plenty of straight trucks running standard rear mudflap setups. If your old hanger is bent, rusted through, or snapped off from backing into something, this is the replacement.
How the Cross Numbers Line Up
FD013, MFHA40B, and PN-3-C-004-BK all cross to this same 30" 45-degree hanger because they share the arm length, the angle, and the 2-1/2" bolt spacing. Different brands stamp their own part numbers on basically the same bracket — that's normal in this corner of the aftermarket.
Where guys get burned is bolt spacing and angle. There's also a 30-degree version and a straight hanger floating around with the same 30" length, and some hangers run 3" bolt spacing instead of 2-1/2". Slap the wrong angle on and your flap either drags or flares out too far.
Surest way to confirm: pull the old hanger, measure bolt spacing with a tape, and check the angle against a square if you're not sure. If the stamped number is still readable, match it against the table below before you order.

Same length, same angle, same bolt spacing, so it crosses over. It's not a Fortunes-branded part, it's aftermarket, but it'll bolt in the same holes. Worth double-checking your old bracket's spacing before you order just to be safe.
My hanger is bent, not broken off — do I need the pair or just one side?
This comes as a pair, but you can run one side if the other's still solid. Most shops just replace both since the bent one usually means the other side's due too, plus it looks even. Your call — we sell the pair, not singles.
