This is a 12-LED projector fog light setup, 6000K cool white, sealed to IP67 so road spray and washouts don't kill it early. Sold as a pair to fill the factory fog light location on LT/LT625 trucks, 2018 through current 2025 builds.
International uses this same bumper opening and mounting pattern across that whole run, so if your truck's in that year range, the physical fit lines up. It's a direct replacement for the factory housing, not a universal clamp-on light bar you're jamming into a hole.
About that cross-reference list
4079807C91 is the OEM/Mfr number International parts guys will pull up. The aftermarket numbers LT625-FL-SET and 51073C-Y are different manufacturers building to that same spec — same bolt pattern, same connector, same lens shape. That's why they cross.
Where guys get burned on fog lights isn't the housing, it's the plug. International changed some connector pigtails over model years and depending on options packages (adaptive cruise, different bumper trim). Before you order, pull the old light out and check the connector on your harness against what's listed, or better yet, grab the number off the old housing itself if you can still read it.
