This is the air spring bag that sits between the upper and lower seat frames on a Bostrom air-suspension driver seat. It carries the operator's weight, sets ride height, and absorbs road input the cab air ride doesn't catch. When it fails, the seat bottoms out and the driver takes the hits straight through the frame.
The kit is a complete service package, not just the bag. It includes the air spring assembly plus mounting hardware and the air hose/tubing needed to reconnect the height control valve. That matters because the old hose is usually as tired as the bag, and a hairline crack in the line reads exactly like a leaking spring.
Applications are Mack and other Class 3-8 trucks fitted with Bostrom 705, 905, or 910 Series (Liberty I) air seats. VMRS code is 002-027-053. Position is seat, and there is only one air spring per seat base on these units.

6222084001 is the same number written without punctuation, and BE6222084001 is that number with a Bostrom brand prefix used by some distributors. AB6222084-001 is the Wastebuilt catalog listing for the same bag. PAI 803715 is an aftermarket number covering the identical Bostrom application.
1204937-001 and 1201542-01 show up in Bostrom seat service literature for the same air spring across the 705, 905 and 910 range. Check Before You Order

Before condemning the bag, soap-test the fitting, the hose, and the height control valve exhaust port. A valve that leaks down overnight looks identical to a punctured spring from the driver's seat. Also check that the seat isn't binding on a bent scissor link, which will make a good bag look dead.
