This is a kingpin set, not a bushing or a single pin - you get the pins, bushings, thrust bearings, seals and the lock hardware needed to rebuild both sides of the front axle knuckle. It's built for the solid front axle used on the 1969-1971 Ford E-300 Econoline, back when these vans still ran a straight beam axle up front instead of independent suspension.
These vans changed axle setups a few times through the years, so don't assume every E-300 in that range is identical. Pull the old kingpins or check the axle tag before you order - if the pin diameter or knuckle bore is off even a little, nothing lines up right.
Why the numbers cross and what to double check
8555B, FAK4482, 262-1502/262150, 300-201/300200, and the Ford C7TZ-3111 number all point back to the same kingpin design - different manufacturers and different eras of Ford part numbering, but the same physical kit. R200039 shows up too as another aftermarket house's stock number for it.
Where these kits can bite you is bushing bore size and thrust bearing thickness - small variations show up between axle production runs even within the same model years. Measure your old pins and bushings, or better yet, take the axle tag or your old kingpin box to the counter so we're matching apples to apples.
If your knuckle has been reamed oversize from a previous repair, standard kingpin sets won't seat right - that's a common reason a 'correct' cross-reference part still doesn't fit.
