Volvo changed the VNL front end a few times in that window (VNL 300/400/670/760/860 all share the platform but there were bumper and lighting running changes), so 'fits 2018-2024' is the general answer - the real answer is whatever number is stamped or molded on your old housing.
This is a driver-side-only part. If you need the passenger side too, that's a different part number - don't order two of these thinking it covers both corners.
