This is the RH (passenger, curb side) fog lamp assembly for the Volvo VNL series, 2018-2023 model years. It bolts into the bumper fascia cutout and plugs into the factory harness - no splicing needed if your truck still has the stock connector.
VNL bumpers went through a couple of styling tweaks over those model years, so before you order, pull the old unit out or check the number stamped on the housing. If it reads 82775828, this is a direct replacement.
This is an aftermarket housing, not a Volvo dealer part, so the plastic lens finish and beam pattern will be close but check your DOT inspection requirements if that matters for your fleet.
