This is the complete left-hand headlight housing - lens, reflector, halogen bulb mounting, and the harness plug end - built to bolt into the same spot as the truck came with from the factory. It's not just a lens or a bulb kit, it's the whole assembly.
Covers the Hino 238, 258, 268, and 338 chassis from 2011 through 2020. Hino kept this body style and lighting setup consistent across that whole run, which is why one part number covers that many model years without changes to the mounting points or connector.
Driver side only (LH). If you need the passenger side too, that's a separate assembly - don't order two of these thinking it covers both sides.

Where guys get tripped up is left vs right - E0530 series numbers are notorious for having a passenger-side twin that looks identical on a shelf but has the bulb and adjuster positioned mirrored. Wiring plug is the same style on both sides, so that won't tell you anything.
Surest way to confirm: pull the old housing and check the number stamped or molded into the back of it, then match against your VIN or call us with the number off the truck. Bumper trim and grille style changed slightly late in this run on some trucks, so don't assume just because the truck says 2011-2020 that every year is identical - confirm before you order.
