What You're Getting
This is a full LED headlight assembly, not a halogen conversion kit. High and low beam are both LED, there's an integrated halo DRL ring, and the turn signal runs sequential instead of just blinking on/off. Housing is blacked out, which is the trim spec Kenworth started running on T880s and a lot of fleets ordered even before it was standard.
Passenger side only - driver side is a different part number, don't mix them up on the order. It's a direct replacement for the factory housing, meaning the mounting points, connector, and beam pattern are built to bolt where the OEM light came out. Still, T880 had running changes over a decade of production, so the plug and bracket on an early 2014 truck isn't guaranteed identical to a 2023 build.
Sold as a complete assembly - lens, reflector/LED module, halo ring, harness pigtail, all one unit. You're not buying a bulb here, you're buying the whole corner.
Cross-Reference Numbers - What Lines Up and What to Check
P54-1212-100R is the Kenworth-side number for what's functionally the same passenger side housing across certain T880 build years. The aftermarket numbers T880-RH-BLK and 564.59125RB are how different suppliers catalog the identical blackout LED assembly - same part, different label depending on who boxed it.
Where this gets people: connector pinout and harness length. Kenworth updated the headlight harness at least once during the T880's run, so a housing that bolts up fine can still have a plug that doesn't match your truck's harness without an adapter. Also check whether your truck came with halo DRL from the factory or if it was added later - retrofitted trucks sometimes have a different wiring setup than a truck that had halo LED from day one.
Bottom line on any cross - the plug shape, the DRL wiring, and the tab layout on the bracket are the three things that bite people. A part number match on paper doesn't mean the connector clicks in without a look.
Ordering From PartStop
We're in Tacoma and keep these in stock for same-day pickup or will's-call if you're running a T880 through the yard and need it back on the road today. Ship nationwide if you're not local - this one moves enough that we don't let stock run dry.
Before you buy, pull the number off your old headlight housing or run the VIN so we can check it against the build sheet. T880 headlight specs shifted enough over the years that guessing off the truck's model year alone isn't reliable.
Comes with our standard 6+ month warranty. If it shows up and the connector doesn't match or the halo doesn't work right, call the counter before you start cutting into the harness - we'll sort it out faster that way.
P54-6165-100R Cross-Reference & Interchange Numbers
These manufacturer and aftermarket numbers commonly cross-reference to P54-6165-100R. Use them to identify the part — then confirm the exact fit by VIN or the number stamped on your old unit before you order. An interchange is a starting point, not a fitment guarantee.

Frequently asked questions
Does P54-1212-100R fit my T880?
Likely, but confirm with your VIN or the number off your current housing first - Kenworth revised the harness and mounting on the T880 more than once across 2014-2024, and P54-1212-100R covers a specific range of that production, not all of it.
Is this the same as the 564.59125RB from the other supplier?
Functionally yes - it's the same blackout LED passenger side assembly, just cataloged under a different supplier number. Check that the connector and bracket match your truck before ordering either one.
Will this bolt in without rewiring anything?
For most T880s within the covered years, yes, it plugs into the factory harness. But if your truck had a headlight harness updated or replaced at some point, or if it didn't come with halo DRL originally, you may need to adapt the wiring - worth checking the plug on your old unit against ours before you order.
