What You're Actually Buying
This is a right-hand, passenger side LED projector headlight assembly with the white halo DRL ring around it, 6000K bulbs so it's that cool white look instead of the yellowish factory sealed beam glow. DOT/SAE approved, meaning it's legal for road use, not some off-road light bar dressed up as a headlight.
Fits Peterbilt 388, 389, 567, and 367 models - these all share a similar nose/hood setup which is why one housing design covers that whole range. Still, truck spec sheets change year to year, so don't assume every 388 built between 2005 and now takes the identical bracket.
This is RH (passenger) side only. If you need the driver side too you're ordering the LH version separate - they're not interchangeable, the halo wiring and mounting tabs are mirrored.
Reading the Cross-Reference Numbers
Numbers like P54-6101-110R, 37671/37673, and 88117/16147 all point to different manufacturers packaging the same style of Peterbilt-fit headlight. The 'R' suffix on some of these is a giveaway they're side-specific like ours - don't order a non-R number expecting it to bolt up on the passenger side.
These interchange because the physical housing, mounting points, and connector style match up across brands making this style of headlight for the Pete 388/389/567/367 chassis. Where guys get burned is halo wiring pigtails - some aftermarket units use a different plug than others, so if you're keeping your factory harness, check the connector count and pin-out, not just the part number.
Surest way to confirm before you order: pull the old headlight and check for a number stamped on the housing or the DOT/SAE compliance sticker. Cross that against what you're ordering, or just call us with the VIN and we'll check fitment for you.

Can I run this on just one side and keep my factory halogen on the other?
You can, but the light output and color temp will look mismatched side to side, especially at night. Most guys either do both sides or wait till they can afford the pair.
